The Process
First, complete the application linked below. You’ll be asked to upload a few things plus answer a couple short questions. You’ll be contacted by Machen Champion and Val Strunk, practice owners, after you’ve submitted your application.
If you have the necessary qualifications, Machen and Val will reach out to schedule an in person interview, which will last about two hours.
After the initial interview, if we (meaning you and us) feel like you’d be a good fit, potential therapists will be asked to meet with other members of the Wired to Bloom team without the owners present, so that potential new therapists can get a good feel for our culture, expectations, and the day to day life as a Wired to Bloom therapist. We will also be contacting your professional references, so please make sure the those who you’ve listed are ready and available.
Additionally, for any school based positions, you will be asked to meet with the school team prior to any final acceptance of positions. This ensures both you and the school feel like it’ll be a good match!
