Hourly fees are set to cover the time it may take your therapist to communicate with caregivers and others who may help your child succeed, like coordinating with doctors or teachers, and other administrative tasks related to your child’s care.

Out-of-Network Insurance

We accept Caresource and Buckeye (medicaid) plans, as well as UnitedHealth Care. We are considered out of network/private pay providers for other insurances. If we do not accept your insurance as form of payment, you can pay for therapy sessions with cash, check, credit card, or your HSA/Flex Spending Account card. Services will be billed directly to you according to our private pay therapy rates listed above at time of service and will be collected at the time of service.

We can provide you a "superbill" for each service if we are out of network with your insurance. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement or application to your deductible. Please contact your insurance provider to determine reimbursement rates.

Have you heard of Mentaya?

Mentaya helps you claim your reimbursement when your counselor does not accept your insurance plan and you are paying out of pocket.

With Mentaya, you are able to view your deductible, see how much is satisfied to date, and how much reimbursement you can expect from you insurance plan. In many cases, this can be done prior to booking an appointment with us.

Once you receive your superbill (which is like a receipt for services), log into Mentaya and submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance. Mentaya then allows you to track the status of your claim and ensures that you receive a check from your insurance company. It is up to your insurance plan to set the rate for reimbursement and every plan is a little different.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. No show/late cancel will be charged a full session fee, unless there is an emergency or otherwise discussed with your therapist. This is not covered by insurance.

Good Faith Estimate

All clients have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost starting January 1, 2022. A Good Faith Estimate enumerates the expenses you can reasonably expect to pay for your mental health care services provided by Wired to Bloom.
