Let your child discover their voice and grow through creativity and connection

Group play therapy is a safe, supportive space where children can explore emotions, build social skills, and develop self-esteem through creative expression. Designed specifically for elementary-aged children, group combines the power of play and expressive arts with the connection and belonging of group therapy.

Led by two of our experienced, licensed therapists, group sessions are structured to meet children where they are! Each week features themed activities that promote emotional awareness, problem-solving, connection to self and others, and self-expression.

How Group Supports Your Child

Children grow and heal through play, connection, and rhythm.

Our Regulation Rhythm Play Therapy Group supports children in strengthening their nervous system regulation, confidence, and social connection through playful, rhythmic experiences in a safe, supportive environment.

Grounded in the principles of Beat the Odds®, this group uses music, movement, and play to help children develop the foundational skills needed for emotional regulation and healthy relationships.

Through guided play experiences, children will have opportunities to:

  • Express emotions in safe and healthy ways

  • Build confidence and self-esteem

  • Practice navigating social interactions with peers

  • Develop empathy and cooperative play

  • Strengthen regulation through rhythm and movement
