Most caregivers know what they want to do differently.

And yet, for so many understandable reasons, putting that knowledge into practice can feel out of reach.

That’s where Connected Care comes in.

Awareness alone doesn’t create lasting change. Connected Caregivers bridges the gap between knowing and doing - supporting caregivers to shift from automatic reactions to reflective, attuned responses.

Together, we practice new ways of being in relationship, so caregivers can connect more deeply with their children - and with the belief that they are already good enough caregivers.

Connected Care is like having a steady, knowledgeable companion beside you as you figure out what your child needs — and what you need too. Rather than handing you a script or a set of techniques, we act as a reflective partner, helping you slow down and understand what's underneath the hard moments, whether that's a meltdown, a struggle over screen time, or something harder to name.

This isn't about pointing out what you're doing wrong. It's about walking alongside you as you find your own way forward: setting goals together, building understanding together, and growing in connection together.

What is Connected Care?

You might have heard the term “parent coaching” before, and while this service is very similar, we have intentionally shifted the language that feels more inclusive of the diverse humans and families we serve, plus it better reflects our goal: creating a relational space for caregivers to learn, reflect, and grow in more attuned, connected ways.

How can Connected Care help?

Caregiving isn't easy, and no one has all the answers. Be kind to yourself, and give yourself compassion. Connected Care offers guidance, reflection, and steady support along the way.

Balancing multiple roles
Many of us feel pulled in different directions - partner, parent, employee, friend. Connected Care offers space to reconcile the parent you imagined being with the realities of daily life, and to think through what balance and priorities actually look like for you.

Moving beyond "default" parenting
Many of us parent on autopilot, shaped by patterns from our own upbringing. Connected Care helps you notice that default setting and choose, intentionally, what fits for your child and your family now.

Navigating behavior challenges
Parenting doesn't come with a manual - it's on-the-job training, often without a map. Connected Care offers real-time, relational support that helps you understand what's underneath your child's behavior, so they feel understood rather than managed.

Relating to your child
Connected Care invites you to reflect on how you're showing up for your child and whether that way of showing up truly fits who they are, at this age, in this moment.

Reframing thinking
Complex situations, like divorce or a new blended-family dynamic, call for new ways of seeing. Connected Care helps you shift perspective so you can meet these moments with more clarity and less reactivity.

Improving communication
This work supports communication rooted in mutual respect, understanding, and empathy - not just better scripts, but a deeper way of hearing and being heard.

Connected Care Process

Step one: Connect with us via email and complete a free, 15 minute consult to ensure we are able to support your needs.

Step two:After scheduling with your Connected Care Coach, you will complete our special intake process. You (and/or your partner or one additional caregiver) will meet with your therapist for a hour to get a better understanding of what’s going on.

Then you (and/or your partner or one additional caregiver) will bring your child to our office for a play-based assessment where your coach can observe different interactions with your child to guide your work together.

After these meeting, you and your coach will review all the information gathered. During this hour meeting, you and your coach will review the play-based assessment, set goals, and initial feedback.

Step three: From there, you can decide how often you’d like to meet with your coach for connection and support. Some choose to just complete the intake process and others will chose to continue partnering with the coach. See below for options and pricing.
