Most caregivers know what they want to do differently.
And yet, for so many understandable reasons, putting that knowledge into practice can feel out of reach.
That’s where Connected Care comes in.
Awareness alone doesn’t create lasting change. Connected Caregivers bridges the gap between knowing and doing - supporting caregivers to shift from automatic reactions to reflective, attuned responses.
Together, we practice new ways of being in relationship, so caregivers can connect more deeply with their children - and with the belief that they are already good enough caregivers.
What is Connected Care?
You might have heard the term “parent coaching” before, and while this service is very similar, we have intentionally shifted the language that feels more inclusive of the diverse humans we serve and better reflects our goal: creating a relational space for caregivers to learn, reflect, and grow in more attuned, connected ways.
This new service from Wired to Bloom supports caregivers as they navigate the joys and challenges of caring for their tiny humans in a relational, collaborative space alongside a trained mental health therapist.
Connected Caregivers is grounded in brain-based, relational, and attachment-informed care rather than behavior management or compliance-based strategies.
Our approach draws from:
Attachment theory
Interpersonal neurobiology
Trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks
Play therapy and relational neuroscience
Rather than focusing on “tools” alone, we focus on felt safety, connection, and practice: because sustainable change happens in relationship, not pressure.
Connected Care Process
Step one: Connect with us via email and complete a free, 15 minute consult to ensure we are able to support your needs.
Step two: After scheduling with your therapist, you will complete our special intake process. You (and/or your partner or one additional caregiver) will meet with your therapist for a hour to get a better understanding of what’s going on.
Then you (and/or your partner or one additional caregiver) will bring your child to our office for a play-based assessment where your therapist can observe different interactions with your child to guide your work together.
After these meeting, you and your therapist will review all the information gathered. During this hour meeting, you and your therapist will review the play-based assessment, set goals, and initial feedback.
Step three: From there, you can decide how often you’d like to meet with your therapist for connection and support. Some choose to just complete the intake process and others will chose to continue partnering with the therapist. See below for options and pricing.
