Circle of Security® Caregiving Group
Helping caregivers become the secure base their children need.
Circle of Security® is an 8-week psychoeducational group designed to help caregivers better understand their child’s behavior through the lens of attachment in a reflective, non-judgmental space. Ideal for parents and caregivers of children ages birth to 6.
Together, we will explore topics such as:
Why children seek closeness - and why they push away
How to respond to big feelings with empathy and structure
Ways to support both independence and emotional security
How your own experiences shape your parenting
And more!
Why Choose Circle of Security?
Circle of Security Parenting® (COSP) is an evidence-based, attachment-focused intervention designed to enhance caregiver sensitivity and child emotional regulation. This group is appropriate for families experiencing relational stress, behavioral concerns, or transitions, and may complement ongoing individual or family therapy.
This program creates space for caregivers to understand how their own story shapes their parenting strengths and the moments that feel harder, especially when their child needs reassurance, connection, or encouragement to explore.
Secure relationships build resilient children.
